Return and Exchange Policy

- Please contact us prior sending back the parcel to us.
- We do not accept refund once payment is made.
- Return policy and exchange is only applicable for different size or a replacement for a wrong or defective item.
- Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
- Return to us within 7 days from the date you received the item with the condition of unused and in original condition and packaging.
- Returning fees will be borne by customer.
- Free gift is not applicable for cash refund/voucher/exchange.
- Exchange is equivalent or lower in value only.
- Returns/exchanges may take up to 10 - 15 business days, excluding shipping time. While stocks last.
- We reserve the rights to compensate/alter/refund any out of stock item within 14 days.
- We reserve the rights to withhold any Exchange/Return/Refund if your original item has not reached our warehouse/premise.
- Best buy or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Earrings is not allowed for return or exchange due to hygienic purposes.
- We are not liable for tarnished, improper care or storage of the product.
