Shipping and Tracking

- All shipment will be delivered via trackable courier upon payment receipt. Please allow us approximately 2 – 3 working days to provide you the tracking details.
- Standard delivery approximately 5 – 10 business days for West Malaysia and 10 – 15 business days for East Malaysia. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated upon check-out.  
- Oversea delivery approximately 15 - 30 working days. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated upon check-out.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO).
- For international orders, kindly contact your local customs office for any import charges, local tax and duty fees before you order.
- We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination custom clearance processes, local duties and taxes and lost in transit.
- Any charges on return parcel shall be paid and borne by the recipient.
